Responsibilities
- Lead the design of farmer extension and behaviour-change interventions.
- Test approaches and use evidence to improve farmer adoption.
- Work with programme and field teams to scale effective practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing extension, behaviour-change or farmer-facing programmes.
- Strong research, programme design and communication skills.
- Understanding of smallholder agriculture and rural service delivery.
