Responsibilities
- Set and execute the agricultural R&D strategy.
- Design high-quality field trials and strengthen FAIR data practices.
- Translate research findings into practical recommendations for farmers and programme teams.
Requirements
- PhD with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or MSc with at least 5 years.
- Strong agricultural research, experimental design and analytical experience.
- Ability to work across country programmes and communicate research clearly.
