About the job
Lead the turnaround and implementation of the Keta Blue mangrove restoration project from Accra with substantial time in the Keta Lagoon area.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated project performance and delivery
- Lead governance with implementation partners
- Maintain project plans, budgets, risks and performance reporting
- Spend at least half of working time in the Keta Lagoon area
Requirements
- 15+ years leading complex large-scale programmes or projects
- Experience with internationally funded conservation, restoration, climate or development work
- Strong adaptive-management and systems-thinking experience
- Fluent English; professional Ewe is strongly preferred
